That's exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It's an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's taken the world by storm! From Teenagers to Seniors and from Beginner to Pro, Anyone and Everyone is welcome.
You’ll get toned and fit, lose weight and keep it off, improve your mental and physical health and become part of our warm and caring Zumba family. Most importantly you WILL have a HUGE amount of FUN!!! And all without realising you’re burning calories and working out. What more could you possibly ask for from your fitness class?
Sue will cue the moves throughout the class, so you’ll know what’s coming next, but there is no such thing as “doing it wrong” and anything goes :) The classes last an hour and consist of 15 to 16 different tracks - all using varied rhythms, moves, muscles and intensities. YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE FIT OR EVEN BE ABLE TO DANCE!
It’s a warm, friendly, happy community whose main aim is to spread the Zumba Love :)
